PAST

2000
Founding of the collection management system (CMS) in collaboration with the 'Instituut Collectie Nederland', now the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands (RCE)

2002
Presentation ICOM Barcelona: the first Cloud CMS

2006
From a collection management system to the current contextual model: mobile-, immobile- and intangible heritage connected.

This 'contextual' model is the basis for archiving Performing Arts productions.

2010
'Art in its context' presented at the CODART DERTIEN Congress: Market of ideas.

2017
The question: "how can we fill the gap in the theatre collection?" discussed in a meeting with representatives of the Theatre Collection, designers and theatre technicians. The proposal to convert the DNA CMS from Top Down (archivist) to Bottom up (artist designer as archivist of own work and documentation) is embraced.

2019
With the support of 'Theater in Nederland' (TiN) the Dynamic Archive (DNA) is founded.

2019-2020
Pilot version with a group of over 20 designers archived their work: Unique objects, documentation and performance-related 'visuals' and documentation. (supported by the Pictoright Fund)

2020
The CMS is expanded with a 'Project Module'. Collaborating individual artists can set up their own platform for mutual communication, planning and at the same time archiving the project and their own contributed data.

RUNNING
