This was a poster commissioned by the French government. The commission: make the issue of AIDS clear to secondary-school children. René Knip drew a penis with balls that turned into a dragon-like snake. The picture is disgusting and has to give you the idea that it’s a good idea to put a condom over those poisonous teeth, so that AIDS is not able to bite with them. The poster was made as graffiti on a wall in Amsterdam. Anthon also made another large version in red only. This poster was not printed but hand made as a stencil.
