MA-course Archiving Art, UVA
This project is the meetingplace and data storage to share within the participating members.

Preliminary Research Focus
-  Topic: Research will focus on the Dynamisch Archief’s back-end platform - how it can be improved/ changed to be more user-friendly.
-  Methodology: Surveying, interviewing and mapping artists’ process of archiving using the platform

Final Product
A report containing the process, that outlines the strengths and weaknesses of the platform, providing suggestions and taking into account theoretical frameworks, context as well as targeted demography.

Preliminary Planning
-  Create a grid for interview questions, aspects to consider
-  Contact artists to schedule appointments as well as possible opportunities for on-hand participation in the archiving process
-  Document the process using the Dynamisch Archief’s platform

Group Rules
-  Meeting time is set to be 15 minutes earlier than the actual meeting 
-  Topic of interest before studying
-  More small, private rules

Potential Problems
-  Scheduling problems with the artists, communication clashes
-  Difficulty in navigating the platform
-  Literature basis

Research: Interviewing individual artists about their needs, wishes and experiences with their own archive (Physical & Digital)
Most of the interviewed artists are users of the Dynamic Archive

-The place for exhanging messages, critical comments en questions (Notes & Discours) 
-Upload Concept Texts to share and use of the project report
-Media archive to store relevant material
-Links for relevant information
-The agenda will be edited by the moderator 

The project will be archived after project ending

All projects have extensive datasets, organized by topic or group. E.g. participant list, documents, recordings, etc. Core data is only accessible to the active participants appointed by the moderator. The public has limited reading rights to be informed about the type of projects designated by the moderator as 'public'.
