The importance of exchanging technical data between producer and venue is obvious.
In case of exhibitions: data about lighting, humidity, and other, are attached to the specific objects offered for loan
In case of theatre or exhibition spaces: data regarding light plan, space, sound, etc. are attached to the Event, plus additionally specific data to the Venue itself.
