Copyright and legacy

time and date sealed, estate established

Using the archive means time and date stamp are sealed with any record uploaded. Authors rights, designs and ideas are in this way dated for later use if needed.

The uploaded objects and documents are your legacy and accessible for your heirs either prepared by signing the digital preservation agreement with the appointed executor of your will, or by 'right to inheritance' provided by your heirs.

About copyright
If there is no other agreement about a work, then copyright invariably applies. Use of that work is then only allowed with the explicit permission of the author. When these rights have expired, or when the right holder has waived these rights, the work is public domain.
